A little introduction for you…

We are the Swinney Family. My name is Alex (or Alexis) Hubby’s name is Dominique and we have 7 kids (yes they are all biologically Dominique and i’s. And yes, they all came from me. We never planned to have such a large family, it just kind of happened.. But honestly, it’s the best thing to ever happen to us and we wouldn’t change it for the world.

We started an instagram page back when I was pregnant with our 5th baby, which is where the name TheSwinneySeven came from. But somehow we ended up with 7 kids as well. We loveeee Jesus and sports and food, and some would call us slightly over protective, yet oddly relaxed parents. But really, we just keep our kids close to us and enjoy doing things as a family.

We rarely visit the doctor unless someone has a broken bone, and our kids can cook or bake just about anything in the kitchen! We do a mix of homeschool and public school, but we are definitely raising kids to think outside the box and we their own boss.

We try our best to be genuine, we aren’t perfect, but we would do just about anything to help someone else out.

One day we hope to do social media full time, build a house and buy some land. But until then, here we are working hard, hardly sleeping and doing our best to keep ourselves together in the chaos we call life!
